- $3900/week December 4, 2010 - April 30, 2011 (High Season)
- $2900/week April 30, 2011 - December 3, 2011 (Green Season)
Holiday Weeks:
- $3900 Nov. 20-27, 2010 (Thanksgiving)
- $6900 Dec. 19, 2010 - Jan. 2, 2011 (Christmas / New Year's weeks)
- $3900 Apr. 16-30, 2011 (Easter)

Terms
- 7 night minimum stay
- Saturday arrival and departure preferred
- 8 person maximum occupancy
- Signed agreement required for confirmation
- 50% deposit upon confirmation
- 50% balance due 60 days prior to arrival
- 100% payment at confirmation if arrival is less than 60 days
- $1000 refundable security deposit
